Our History
Founded in 2025, the Beirut Golden Heart Lions Club was established with a clear vision: to serve the people of Beirut and extend our support beyond its borders. Inspired by the global mission of Lions Clubs International, our founding members—driven by passion and a commitment to community service—came together to make a meaningful difference. Since our inception, we have dedicated ourselves to addressing local needs through impactful service projects and initiatives, while fostering unity, compassion, and social responsibility.
Why Beirut Golden Heart?
The name “Golden Heart” reflects our spirit, dedicated to serving with warmth, generosity, and compassion. We aim to be a beacon of hope and kindness in Beirut, working tirelessly to support health, education, humanitarian relief, and social development initiatives.

Our Areas of Service
The Beirut Golden Heart Lions Club focuses on both local and international causes, in alignment with Lions Clubs International’s global pillars of service:
Vision & Health: Supporting eye health programs, medical campaigns, and access to essential healthcare.
Youth & Education: Encouraging leadership, education, and volunteerism among young people to build a brighter future.
Hunger Relief: Providing meals and support for vulnerable families and communities in need.
Environment: Promoting environmental awareness, sustainability projects, and community clean-up campaigns.
Humanitarian Relief: Mobilizing resources and aid during times of crisis, disaster, or emergency.
